Return Conditions

To eligible for a return, your items must meet these criteria:

• Unworn Condition: Jewellery must be free of scratches, wear, or damage.

• Original Packaging: Items must include all original boxes, certificates, and tags.

• Excluded Items: Custom-made, engraved, and pierced earrings cannot be returned.

How to Make a Return

Returning your order takes just three simple steps:

1. The customer is responsible for sending the item on his/her own cost

2. Pack Safely: Secure the jewellery in its original packaging and place it inside a shipping box.

3. Drop Off: Drop the package off at your nearest designated courier or post office location.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return arrives back at our vault, our quality assurance team will inspect the item.

• Inspection: Processing takes 2–3 business days from arrival.

• Refund Credit: Approved refunds go directly to your original payment method.

• Timeline: Funds typically appear in your account within 7–20 business days.
